Icoone Body Contouring & Massage
Two forms of massage under one roof. Icoone works by machine — fractionated suction and micro-vibration; manual massage works by hand. Both support circulation and lymphatic flow, refining contour and tissue quality.

What it is
How body contouring works at Annaré.
Icoone works mechanically rather than thermally. The handpiece carries hundreds of microholes, each creating an independent micro-stimulation of the tissue, combined with gentle fractionated suction and micro-vibration. There are no needles, no incisions, and nothing is heated or frozen.
What the treatment targets is tissue behaviour: circulation, lymphatic drainage, and the fibrous structure that makes cellulite visible. Patients most often report that the treated area feels lighter and less congested, and that contour and skin texture look more refined across the course of a series.
It is a contouring and tissue-quality treatment, not a weight loss treatment. Results come from consistency — a series of five to ten sessions, usually one or two a week — and hold best when paired with the habits that already support your body. It remains one of the few non-surgical body contouring technologies of its kind available in the San Fernando Valley.
Manual massage is offered alongside it, and the two belong on the same page for a reason: both are massage, one delivered by the Icoone handpiece and one by hand. The machine holds a consistency and depth no therapist can sustain across a full session; hands read the tissue and adapt pressure as they go. Lymphatic and anti-cellulite work in particular pair naturally with an Icoone course, and face massage, deep tissue, and lymphatic drainage are all available on their own.

- Anti-celluliteTargeted manual bodywork on areas of cellulite, most often run alongside an Icoone course.
What to expect
From consultation to result.
Step 01
Goal setting
Areas of concern are assessed alongside what you want the series to achieve. Session length and frequency are set from there, and the full course is priced up front.
Step 02
Sessions
You stay fully comfortable throughout — most patients find it relaxing. The handpiece is worked over the treatment area, and you can return to any activity immediately afterwards.
Step 03
Through the series
Many patients notice reduced puffiness early on. Contour and texture change more gradually across the course, which is why five to ten sessions at one or two a week is the standard protocol.
Questions
Icoone & massage — frequently asked.
What does an Icoone session feel like?
Comfortable. The suction is gentle and the micro-vibration is more like a deep mechanical massage than anything sharp. Most patients find it genuinely relaxing and some fall asleep.
How many sessions do I need?
Between five and ten for most protocols, usually one or two a week. Some patients continue at a lower frequency afterwards for maintenance.
Is this a weight loss treatment?
No. Icoone refines contour and tissue quality rather than reducing body weight. It works best alongside your existing routine, not as a replacement for it, and you will be told that honestly at consultation.
Is there any downtime?
None at all. There are no needles or incisions and nothing is heated. You can return to work, exercise, or anything else straight from the appointment.
Can it help with cellulite?
It targets the circulation and fibrous tissue structure that make cellulite visible, and texture commonly improves across a series. Cellulite is a structural characteristic rather than a condition to be cured, so improvement rather than elimination is the honest expectation.
What is Icoone Face?
A shorter 20-minute protocol using the same technology on the face and neck, directed at lymphatic drainage, puffiness, and definition. It pairs well with injectable treatments as part of a broader plan.
What is the difference between Icoone and manual massage?
Both are massage; the difference is what does the work. Icoone uses a handpiece carrying hundreds of microholes to deliver fractionated suction and micro-vibration at a depth and consistency no pair of hands can hold for a full session. Manual massage is worked by hand, which allows pressure and rhythm to adapt to the tissue as it changes. Many patients run the two together.
What is lymphatic massage for?
It uses gentle, rhythmic technique to support lymphatic flow, which can help with fluid retention and puffiness. It is the most common manual pairing with an Icoone body course, and is available on its own.
