This group covers the treatments that work on the skin rather than under it, plus two targeted corrections that do not fit neatly anywhere else. What they share is that each one is chosen for a specific problem, not offered as a routine add-on.
Microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries that prompt the skin to produce collagen, improving texture, tone, and firmness. It is the workhorse treatment for acne scarring, and it can be layered with a topical — PRP or a skin booster such as Rejuran, Hixxly, or hyaluronic acid — driven in through the same channels for a stronger result.
The Perfect Derma Peel takes a different route to the same goal, lifting the surface to reveal clearer, brighter skin beneath. Kybella sits apart from all of these: an injectable that permanently destroys fat cells beneath the chin, for patients whose concern is profile rather than skin.

Treatment
Microneedling is performed under topical numbing and takes around 30 to 45 minutes. Peels are quicker. Kybella is a short series of small injections, and expected swelling is explained in advance.
Step 03
Recovery and repeat
Microneedling leaves the skin flushed for one to two days. The Perfect Derma Peel peels visibly across roughly five to seven days. Most protocols run as a series spaced four to six weeks apart.

How many microneedling sessions do I need for acne scars?
Most patients need three to six sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, with more for deeper scarring. Improvement is progressive, and combining microneedling with laser resurfacing sometimes produces a better result than either on its own.
What is the downtime after microneedling?
Expect redness similar to a sunburn for one to two days, occasionally with slight flaking afterwards. Most patients are comfortable returning to normal activity the next day, with makeup usually fine after 24 hours.
What does the Perfect Derma Peel involve?
The peel itself takes only minutes and is left on for several hours before you wash it off at home. Visible peeling begins around day two or three and finishes by day six or seven. Plan around any event accordingly.
Is Kybella permanent?
The fat cells it destroys do not return. Most patients need two to four sessions spaced at least a month apart to reach their goal, and significant swelling under the chin for several days afterwards is expected and normal.
Can microneedling be combined with PRP or a skin booster?
Yes — that is one of its advantages. The channels created during treatment allow a topical such as PRP, Rejuran, Hixxly, or hyaluronic acid to be delivered into the skin, which typically improves the outcome.
How does skin tag removal work?
It is a quick in-office procedure, virtually painless, with up to ten treated per visit. It is offered for cosmetic skin irregularities; anything requiring a diagnosis is referred rather than treated.
