IV Infusions, Vitamin Shots & Acne Shots
Everything delivered by needle rather than by laser or handpiece: drips that rehydrate and replenish, intramuscular shots for a faster top-up, and corticosteroid injections that settle an inflamed breakout.

What it is
How infusions and shots work at Annaré.
Aesthetics is only part of how you present. Annaré offers IV infusions and vitamin shots because how you feel — hydration, energy, recovery, immunity — shows on your face as reliably as anything injected into it.
Infusions are administered by a nurse, with your history reviewed first. Formulations range from simple fluid replacement through vitamin and mineral blends to NAD+ and glutathione-based drips, and the right one is matched to what you are actually after rather than to whichever has the most appealing name.
Vitamin shots cover the same ground by a shorter route. An intramuscular injection takes a couple of minutes rather than an hour and delivers a single nutrient or a small blend, which suits regular top-ups — B-12 and lipotropic in particular are usually run that way rather than as a drip.
Acne shots are the odd one out and are here because they are also an injection. A dilute corticosteroid — Kenalog or betamethasone — placed directly into an inflamed cyst or nodule settles it within a day or two. It is for individual deep lesions, not a substitute for treating acne properly.
These are supportive treatments rather than medical therapy for a diagnosed condition, and anything outside that scope is referred rather than treated here.

- Tri-ImmuneGlutathione, vitamin C, and zinc combined for immune support.
- LipotropicA methionine, inositol, and choline blend that supports fat metabolism alongside diet and activity.

What to expect
From consultation to result.
Step 01
Brief intake
Your history and what you are looking for are reviewed before any infusion is chosen. Some formulations are not appropriate for everyone, and that is established first.
Step 02
The appointment
Infusions run 30 to 60 minutes and are administered by a nurse; NAD+ takes two to three hours because it must be infused slowly. Vitamin and acne shots take a few minutes. You are seated comfortably in-clinic throughout.
Step 03
Afterwards
There is no downtime. Most patients return to their day immediately. Frequency is entirely up to you and is discussed rather than sold as a package.
Questions
Infusions & shots — frequently asked.
How long does an IV infusion take?
Most run between 30 and 60 minutes. NAD+ is the exception and takes two to three hours, because it needs to be infused slowly to stay comfortable. A vitamin shot, by contrast, takes a couple of minutes.
Do I need a consultation first?
A brief intake is required so that your history can be reviewed and the right formulation chosen. It is quick, and for most patients an infusion can be done the same visit.
How often can I have an infusion?
It depends entirely on the formulation and on your reason for having it. Some patients come seasonally for immune support, others occasionally for recovery. Frequency is discussed at your visit rather than pushed as a package.
Which drip should I choose?
If you are unsure, the Myers Cocktail is the usual starting point. Beyond that, the right choice depends on whether you are after hydration, energy, recovery, immune support, or skin brightness — say what you are after and it will be matched for you.
What is an acne shot?
A dilute corticosteroid — Kenalog or betamethasone — injected directly into an inflamed cyst or nodule. It brings the swelling and tenderness down quickly, usually within 24 to 48 hours. It treats one lesion at a time and is not a replacement for a proper acne plan.
Are these medical treatments?
They are supportive wellness services, not treatment for a diagnosed medical condition. Anything that falls outside that scope is referred to the appropriate provider rather than treated here.
What is the difference between a vitamin shot and an infusion?
A shot is intramuscular and takes a couple of minutes. An infusion is intravenous, runs 30 to 60 minutes, and delivers a larger volume and a broader combination. Shots suit regular top-ups such as B-12; infusions suit hydration and multi-ingredient formulations.
Who administers the infusion?
Infusions are administered by a nurse. Your history is reviewed beforehand so that the formulation chosen is appropriate for you.
